Now works. Nsave's card can be ordered from Algeria — a virtual Visa in US dollars, $1.99 paid once. A missing card was the only reason it was Limited.

Reclassified as Limited. Nothing about the service changed: Nsave still opens, still works, and still gives the widest set of account details on the site. What changed is what we call it — a bank that issues no card cannot be spent from, and calling that "Works" without qualification told a reader looking for a card the wrong thing.
