A stablecoin-powered neobank giving Algerians a free EUR IBAN over SEPA (no SWIFT wires) — the Algerian national ID is accepted for verification — and a Visa card. Stablecoins can now be deposited on Solana, though not sent back out, and a USD account and physical cards are still rolling out.

CardOne Algerian reviewer reports partial activation through the virtual card. There is no official guarantee — treat it as experimental. Currencies: EUR

An Algerian PayPal account can only link a US bank account. PayPal charges a flat $5 for an on-demand card withdrawal, and nothing for a scheduled monthly payout. This applies to every card, not just this one.
