Gives Algerians GBP and EUR account details — not USD — for receiving foreign currency, holds GBP, EUR, USDT and USDC, and issues a virtual Visa card for spending. There is no direct cash-out to Algerian dinars — money leaves as crypto, which you then sell for dinars.

| MonthlyWhat the account costs every month on the cheapest usable plan. | Free |
| Foreign spendCharged when the card currency differs from the merchant currency. | 2% + $0.50 On top of this, the exchange rate Grey converts at carries a margin it does not publish. |
| ATMWhat it costs to withdraw cash at an ATM. | Not supported Grey's own rule, not a limitation of virtual cards — the card works in Google Pay. |
| Virtual cardA one-off charge to issue a card that exists only in the app. | $5.00 |
| Physical cardA one-off charge to issue a plastic card posted to you. | Not supported |
| What else Grey charges | |
| Loading the card | $0 Grey's own fee page still lists $1.00 every time you load the card. There is no such step to charge for: the card spends straight from the wallet balance, so nothing is ever loaded onto it. Confirmed in the app — the published fee describes an action Grey no longer has. |
| Currency conversion | 0%–1%, capped at $6 Tiered by currency pair; Grey doesn't publicly detail which pairs fall into which tier. |
| Send/receive EUR (SEPA) | 0.8%, min 2 EUR, capped at 10 EUR SEPA and SEPA Instant, EEA only, 1–3 days. |
| Send/receive GBP (Faster Payments) | 0.8%, min 2 GBP, capped at 10 GBP |

Bank account — Grey gives Algerians no US account and routing details. Card — PayPal withdraws onto the Grey card in USD and GBP, confirmed working. EUR withdrawal does not work. Currencies: USD, GBP An Algerian PayPal account can only link a US bank account. PayPal charges a flat $5 for an on-demand card withdrawal, and nothing for a scheduled monthly payout. This applies to every card, not just this one. | |
